Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes EnvisaBook at https://calendar.envisasoft.com and the EnvisaBook WordPress plugin. It is based on what the product stores today. It is not a claim that EnvisaSoft is certified under any privacy or security standard.

Author Elixir Inc. (“EnvisaSoft,” “we”) provides the Service. Principal address: Suite 239, Scotia Place Tower 3, 10072 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5J 1V8, Canada.

1. Two places your data lives

EnvisaSoft billing account (calendar.envisasoft.com/app): name, email, hashed password, registered WordPress site URL, license key, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and webhook processing records.

Your WordPress site (where you install EnvisaBook): services, availability, bookings, client contact details you collect, payment records for appointments, notification settings, Google connection tokens, and plugin configuration. That data stays in your WordPress database unless you export or delete it.

2. Billing and subscription data

When you register, we store account credentials and site registration details in the EnvisaSoft billing application database. Stripe processes subscription payments; Stripe receives billing contact information and payment method details you provide in Checkout or the Customer Portal. EnvisaSoft stores Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan, interval, status, and period end — not full card numbers.

License verification requests from your WordPress site include your license key and site URL so EnvisaSoft can confirm entitlement. Do not publish your license key in public pages.

3. Appointment and client data on your site

When a client books through your website, the plugin stores appointment details (service, time, status), and contact fields you require (such as name and email). Paid appointments may create Stripe Checkout sessions using your Stripe account configured in WordPress — separate from EnvisaSoft subscription billing.

You are responsible for telling your clients what you collect and why, and for handling access, correction, or deletion requests for booking data stored on your site.

4. Google Calendar

If you connect Google Calendar, the plugin stores OAuth tokens and settings needed to read busy periods and, on eligible plans, write confirmed appointments back to Google. Google’s privacy policy applies to data Google processes. You may disconnect from the plugin integrations screen.

5. Email and notifications

The plugin can send booking-related email using WordPress mail or SMTP settings you configure (Professional plan for custom SMTP). EnvisaSoft may send account-related email for billing registration when that feature is enabled. This marketing site does not use third-party advertising analytics.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices appropriate to the Service, including HTTPS for calendar.envisasoft.com, hashed passwords for billing accounts, Stripe webhook signature verification, and server-side license checks. No system is perfectly secure; you must protect WordPress admin access and any API keys you configure.

7. Retention

Billing records are retained while your account exists and as needed for subscription history, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. WordPress booking data retention is controlled by you on your site. Subscription expiration does not automatically delete your WordPress data.

8. Your choices

You may cancel your EnvisaSoft subscription through the Customer Portal. You may uninstall the plugin from WordPress. To request help with billing account data, contact info@envisasoft.com.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.
